    Perhaps the day will come when we can all know our genetic sequence vulnerabilities, and regulate our consumption accordingly. Until then, the kind of knowledge presented here can prevent a lot of preventable suffering, and for this I'm grateful for Dr. May's presentation.

    I drink 1/2 gallon of raw milk a day. My vitamin B, K, and calcium levels have doubled. I sleep like a rock, don't have stiff joints, don't have any allergy symptoms, my skin is clear, my mood is better, my energy is through the roof, I have begun to lose weight and best of all-I went from having 1-4 temporal lobe seizures a month to having not even 1 second of brain fog.

    I don't think the FSA is that bother about food traceability myself!!!. I sent one of my cattle off for private kill. The abattoir give me my meat back in boxes. I got home and had a look at the meat and i wasn't happy!!! So i got a vet to take blood from the mother cow and test it against the meat i had back from Minsterworth Butcher's LTD. The DNA showed that there was other cuts of meat from different animals!!! Not good. FSA said there is nothing they can do. lol

    I Was in the hospital for four days September of 2023 with campylobacter. Caught it from a Chinese restaurant. I wouldn’t wish that pain on my worse enemy.
